Fresher Resume Format — The Formats That Work for Government & Tech Jobs

The format, in one look

Ek fresher resume ka kaam ek hi hai: pehle page par, pehle 30 second me, ye bata dena ki aap kaun ho aur kis kaam ke layak ho. Uske liye format fixed jaisa hai — 6 blocks, isi order me:

Government format vs tech format — farak kya hai

Sarkari (biodata-style) format. Sarkari application ke saath aksar ek biodata/resume bhi jata hai, aur uski parampara alag hai. Usme ye cheezein aam taur par hoti hain:

• Father's name, date of birth, category, permanent address
• Education poori detail me — 10th se lekar degree tak, board aur percentage ke saath

Tech/private format. Company jobs me ye sab ulta hai:

Summary: formula seedha hai — [degree] + [sabse strong skill] + [kis role ki talash]. "B.Sc. fresher with strong practical chemistry lab training, looking for a lab assistant role." Bas. "Hardworking, punctual, team player" jaise shabd kuch sabit nahi karte — hata do.

Education: har entry me chaar cheezein — course ka naam, sanstha/board, paas ka saal, percentage/CGPA. Ulta order (nayi pehle). Agar kisi saal gap hai to resume me safai mat do; poocha jaye to interview me sach bata dena resume par paragraph likhne se behtar hai.
