Which is the biggest medical entrance exam in India?
NEET UG, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Over 20 lakh students register for it every year, and it is the single entrance exam for MBBS, BDS and AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS) admissions across India.
What is the difference between NEET PG and INI CET?
Both are for MD/MS admission after MBBS. NEET PG (by NBEMS) is the main national exam whose score is used for All India Quota and state quota PG seats in most colleges. INI CET (by AIIMS New Delhi) is only for the Institutes of National Importance — AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST. Most PG aspirants appear for both.
