About the role

This is a hands-on individual-contributor manager role within Databricks' Credit & Collections organisation. You will own credit assessment and limits, personally manage collections strategy and executive-level escalations for strategic customers, run the monthly AR performance framework, and govern the outsourced collections engagement — balancing credit risk, cash conversion and commercial considerations.

What you will do

Lead credit and collections for an assigned scope — policies, risk mitigation and escalation protocols
Own credit assessment, risk reviews, credit limits, payment terms and credit holds/releases
Personally manage collections strategy for strategic and high-value customers
Own the monthly AR framework — collection targets, ageing, CEI, write-offs and cash forecasting
Manage the outsourced collections engagement on SLA/KPI governance and quality

Skills & eligibility

CA, CPA or experienced finance professional background
Deep experience in credit risk, collections and AR management
Ability to resolve complex disputes and contractual payment issues
Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Legal and Billing teams
Process transformation and continuous-improvement mindset
