About the role

This role is a reconciliation specialist position in Zeta's Business Operations team. You will run daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of prepaid wallet transactions, investigate discrepancies between internal systems and bank/partner statements, manage chargebacks, refunds and failed transactions, prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory reports, and monitor daily control checks.

Skills & eligibility

Experience working in a bank, NBFC, fintech or digital-payments company
Proven reconciliation experience, preferably in digital payments, wallet, fintech or banking
Strong Excel skills (advanced Excel preferred)
Knowledge of banking operations and payment systems
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
