About the role

GitLab, the DevSecOps platform company, is fully remote. The Associate Renewals Manager owns a book of customer renewals end-to-end — tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure — while building the skills to take on more complex accounts over time. It is an individual-contributor, tactical role working under the direction of Senior Renewals Managers, with real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle.
