About the role

Mindtickle, the AI-powered revenue enablement platform, is moving to an AI-first operating model. This engineer builds the company's central intelligence engine: systems that ingest signals from product telemetry, CRM, call transcripts and marketing tools, and actively trigger workflows — for example, pushing churn-risk alerts into Salesforce. What you will do

Build a unified intelligence layer that connects the data stack to business tools (CRM, marketing automation, support)
Implement agentic workflows and RAG architectures on LLM APIs
Push AI-generated insights into workflow tools through integrations and webhooks
Add evaluation and guardrails so AI outputs stay reliable in business workflows
Work with analytics engineers on data pipelines, security and access governance

Skills & eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of Python development, with strong API development skills (FastAPI/Django)
Proven experience building applications using LLM APIs and agent concepts
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery)
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk APIs is a plus
