About the role

This role sits inside Mindtickle's design team (24 colleagues across product design, UX research and content design). You will build interactive prototypes that go beyond design tools — motion, data states and edge cases for web and mobile — own the UI component library with tight parity between Figma and production code, and govern design tokens, theming and accessibility standards across the product.

What you will do

Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web and mobile
Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) to accelerate prototype velocity
Own and evolve the UI component library and Figma-to-code parity
Define design tokens, theming and accessibility standards
Create proof-of-concepts that explore new UI patterns and AI-native UX

Skills & eligibility

8–10+ years at the intersection of design and front-end engineering, with a portfolio showing both
Production-level proficiency in React, TypeScript and CSS
Deep Figma fluency — component architecture, variables, auto-layout, Dev Mode
Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a product company
Strong command of motion, micro-interactions and visual polish, plus WCAG accessibility
