About the role

This pre-sales role provides technical direction and business guidance to Druva's regional sales teams. You will evangelise, position and architect Druva's fully managed, cloud-native data protection, AI and data security solutions for a mix of new and existing customer accounts, run demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and help the region exceed its sales targets.

What you will do

Provide technical leadership on Druva's data protection and data security solutions in pre-sales
Run customer demonstrations, POCs and daily technical solutioning activities
Collaborate with Sales Executives in the region to meet business objectives
Build trusted-advisor relationships through technical discovery and qualification
Deliver technical enablement to the channel partner ecosystem

Skills & eligibility

5–8 years in technical customer-facing roles, with at least 2+ years as a sales engineer for enterprise software
Intermediate-level knowledge of enterprise server backup technologies
Knowledge of virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Azure SQL)
Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools
Knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS environments
